2020 מאי 121 אדריכלות ישראלית | קטגוריית מבנים - 2020 תחרות פרויקט השנה 11 | TEO center for culture , art and content, Herzliya, 2019 A home for the city's community of artists, the center is organized around an inner courtyard that coordinates a variety of activities, such as a conservatory, dance school, retirees club, arts and crofts rooms, performance hall, and cafe. Enclosed by raised walls the courtyard allows activity detached from its surroundings, and a floating floor obscures the drainage slopes beneath it. A mature oak tree, especially brought from Nazareth, casts a changing shade on the patio walls during the day, giving them a dynamic dimension and an added architectural value to natural light. Dotted glass provides filtered light, becoming a spectacular visual event during the dark hours. A. Lerman Architects Ltd.
