2020 מאי 121 אדריכלות ישראלית | קטגוריית אדריכלות נוף - 2020 תחרות פרויקט השנה 81 | Holiday apartment complex, Umbria Italy. 2019 Using traditional building materials and adhering to the building style of the area, the project included the reconstruction of 6 abandoned farm buildings, in accordance with strict green building standards. Maintaining the existing topography, landscaping of the open space included the redesign of the a ccess road with 3 small parking lots and paths leading to each of the apartments. The old well was restored to become an attraction point on the swimming pool access path. Agricultural equipment used by the farm was placed in the entrance plaza as a reminder of the rural lifestyle. Landscape planning, management, coordination and supervision: David Drach Architects.
