Built as a community villa, the wooden structure is organized around an outdoor patio, serving as a meeting place for the temporary inhabitants, who share collective service spaces. Upstairs, a roofed passageway along which are placed the accommodations, leads up to the roof terrace, with a laundry room, vegetable garden and playground for children, and solar panels.
