אורח העונה - לונגי אדריכלים, פרו 89 | | | 2024 פברואר 136 אדריכלות ישראלית 1 5 0 Tango House, Asia Beach Sarapampa Lima The S-shaped house is derived from the impulse of a couple which acquired two lots facing the sea. The structure comprises two volumes occupying the two original plots, interconnecting through a dynamic circulation that creates integrated public spaces. The larger, white volume houses the master bedroom, while the smaller, black volume contains the secondary bedrooms, designed for privacy and simplicity. A spacious bathroom divided by a fireplace offers a serene view of the sea, while sculptural elements such as the pool and the staircase aim to balance between the solidity of the rock and the architectural expression Above: Two volumes in a cheek-to-cheek Tango Drawing: Floor plans showing the connection of the volumes Right page top: Looking up to connecting point of the two volumes Right page below left: Built-in furniture (bar, table etc.) in space between dining and living space Right page bottom right: Built-in bench at the entrance LONGHI ARCHITECTS Project team: Carla Tamariz, Christian Bottger Construction: Héctor Suasnabar Longhi / Design Built Photos: Juan Solano
