דברים מעוררי דאגה
------------------------------------ ש לי ג׳וק שמשחק איתי במחבואים כבר שבועיים. בכל פעם שאני הולך לנשנש משהו, הוא מתענג על הפירורים מתחת לשולחן. אם אני מגיח בחושך, הוא מסתכל עליי בהפתעה ושואל ״מה אתה עושה כאן בשעה כזאת?״ אני מסתכל עליו תוך כדי תהייה אם לדרוך עליו או לתת לו עוד צ׳אנס, והוא נכנס בנונשלנטיות אל מחבואו הבטוח אל מתחת למקרר. יום אחד המקרר שלי התחיל לצפצף ׳הצילו׳ כאילו שהשארתי את הדלת פתוחה. אני סוגר שוב, והוא מצפצף. לאחר שווידאתי שלוש פעמים שהוא טועה, החלטתי לשלוף את המקרר מהנישה שלו, והדבר הראשון שראיתי בין ערמות הפירורים הייתה דמותו המופתעת של ה״אדון״ - תיקן גרמני מצוי עם אבולוציה ארוכת שנים כמו של האדם שאיתו הוא חי בסימביוזה בלתי מובנת, יצור מושלם הבנוי כמו כל יצורי הטבע לתלפיות, עם ארבעה משושים מלפנים, שש רגליים משוננות כמו קרסים (לפחות) עיניים שמסתובבות 360 מעלות, כנפיים של מלאך, , שני איברי מין מאחור וכנראה יותר שכל מאשר למדביר תיקנים ממולח. |

------------------------------------ אחת המגרעות הבולטות של הפקרת התכנון האדריכלי בידי תוכנות המחשב, גרמה להיעלמות כמעט מוחלטת של הסקיצה הידנית מתהליך התכנון. כיצד רישומי הגישוש האלה נולדים במוחו של האדריכל ומהי השפעתם על איכות המבנה הסופי, הן כנראה שאלות המפתח החשובות ביותר כיום בהבהרת תפקידו של האדריכל כיוצר; תפקיד ההולך ומצטמצם לנוכח ריבוי הרגולציות המכתיבות למעשה את התוצר האדריכלי. ברור שאצל כל יוצר התהליך מתרחש בדרך אחרת: פעמים רבות מתוך רעיון, זיכרון, תחושה, או פשוט מתוך רצון טבעי להביע דעה שונה, כזאת שעשויה למצב את הבניין במרחב כתוצר יוצא דופן. זאת, כאשר מספר הגורמים המשפיעים על תפקוד המבנה וצורתו רבים, החל ממתן מענה לצורכי המשתמש על רקע האפשרויות החוקיות, מגבלות התקציב, מגבלות הסביבה, מגוון הפתרונות הפונקציונליים וכל מיני מושגים פופולריים כגון נוכחות מרחבית, השתלבות בסביבה והתחשבות בכדור. |

המשרד היווני הממוקם באתונה, הוקם ב-2009 על ידי האדריכל סוטיריס צרגאס (Sotiris Tsergas) ומעצבת הפנים קטיה מרגריטוגלו (Katja Margaritoglou). Block722 הוא סטודיו לאדריכלות בוטיק, המתמחה בתכנון ועיצוב פרויקטים יוצאי דופן למגורים, אירוח ומסחר. התכנון משקף את הרקע השונה של מייסדיו, תוך מיזוג מפרה בין תרבויות ים-תיכוניות המתמזגות בטבעיות בסביבה, לבין התרבות הסקנדינבית המשקפת עיצוב קפדני ומסוגנן.מרבית עבודות הסטודיו משקפות מרחבים אדריכליים נעימי מראה, של חללי מגורים שחיים בהרמוניה עם הטבע תוך מתן מענה הולם לצורכי המשתמשים |

תמרונים סוציו-מרחביים בארגון המרחב

ויה דל קורסו הוא רחוב הקניות הראשי של מרכז רומא. במשך מאות שנים הוא היה חלק מהדרך המובילה מרומא לצפון המגף ולעמקים הפוריים. במאות השנים האחרונות נהגו לקיים לאורכו מירוצים הומוריסטיים (ומכאן שמו – ״דרך המסלול״), לרבות מירוץ שבו הגברים של הקהילה היהודית התחרו זה בזה כשהקהל מיידה בהם חפצים מכל הבא ליד. בקצהו האחד של הרחוב נמצאת פיאצה דל פופולו ובה השער הצפוני של העיר, ובקצהו האחר כיכר ונציה עם גבעת העירייה לצידה. הרחוב עמוס בחנויות מהודרות, מסעדות יוקרתיות, מונומנטים נשגבים, ארמונות מפוארים שחלקם משמשים כיום כמוזיאונים או כמשרדי ממשלה, וכנסיות מרשימות. הגדולה והמפוארת בהן, היא הבזיליקה של הקדושים אמברוג'יו וקרלו, המוכרת גם כבזיליקה של הקדוש קרלו בוויה דל קורסו. |

שני סינים עם B&B גדול

זוג סינים מתבגרים העובד במרכז העירוני של בייג'ין, רכש שני בתים קטנים ליד ג'ינגדונג גרנד קניון בפינגגו, כדי להסב אותם לבית מגורים נעים, שישמש אותם לקראת פרישתם מהעבודה גם כצימר לצורך השלמת הכנסה. מדובר בבית כפרי שנבנה על ידי הדיירים הקודמים, והמראה והפרישה הפונקציונלית היו בסיסיים, תוך התעלמות מוחלטת מהנוף ההררי. כאשר האדריכלים נכנסו לתמונה, הם איתרו את המגרעת העיקרית של הבתים הממוקמים על אם הדרך, כאשר חללי הפנים והחצר שביניהם חשופים לחלוטין לעוברים ושבים היורדים מן ההר. |

In 2022 they bought two small houses near Jingdong Grand Canyon in Pinggu, a suburb of Beijing, hoping to transform them into one warm, pastoral home, that may help them with extra living expenses when retiring. Arriving at the site for the first time, the architect was attracted by the mountain and natural environment surrounding the plot. However, the current situation of the original building is not ideal. The two houses are located at the corner of a road, backed by a mountain, and the interior and courtyard spaces are completely exposed to the view of people as they descend the mountain. The building is a typical northern, rural, self-built house, and the appearance and functional layout are rough and simple. The challenge was how to create dialogue with the surrounding landscape and create rich interior and natural pastoral outdoor spaces while maintaining privacy |

Via Del Corso is the main shopping street of Central Rome. For many centuries it has been leading from Rome to the north of the boot and the fertile valleys. In the last few centuries, humorous races were held (hence its name – The Way of the Track) where Jewish men from the local community competed with each other while the audience threw different objects at them. At one end of the street is Piazza del Popolo, with the northern gate of the city, and at the other end, Venice Square with the Municipal Mount. Today, the street is packed with fancy stores and prestigious restaurants, lofty monuments, and magnificent palaces, some of which are now used as museums or government offices and impressive churches. One of them, impressive and luxurious, is the Sant’Ambrogio e Carlo al Corso Basilica. |
