The programme includes two halls, one which provokes positive feelings and the other - negative ones. Even before Eldar completed his studies at the Technion, he became a major player in the emerging climate-aware spatial morphology genre, along with his fellow student Zvi Hecker and their lecturer Professor Alfred Neumann, making up an avant-garde trio whose high point was the Bat Yam Municipality Building which was ahead of its time in terms of climatic awareness, and only in recent decades broke onto the front of the architectural stage. After joining as a partner in his father, Arieh Sharon’s office, Eldar led the design and planning of many important medical and institutional buildings.
