Y.D. Ashush Infrastructures was founded
by David and Yair Ashush, whowere edu-
cated as engineers and havemany years
experience in construction and infrastructures.
The brothers continue the workof their late father
Shaul Ashush who instilled in them the secrets of
the profession and a love for Israel and for build-
ing the country. The company is an authorized
contractor for government work with unlimited
classification for construction and infrastructures,
is an authorized supplier to the Defense Ministry
and has ISO 9001-2008 certification. Y.D. Ashush
specializes in implementing and planning special
and unique projects in design and complexitywith
distinct architectural attributes, whilemaintaining
quality, meeting deadlines and demonstrating
openness and flexibility in abilities to cope with
changes.
The company has maintained a fast and steady
pace of development since its establishment
through to today due to enlightened manage-
ment with long-term vision, strict service values,

Entrepreneurship and Independent Building
In the first project of its kind in the region, the
company is building four luxury residential high-
rises in the “Pninat Shaul” project with 216 units
in all sizes, in Ashkelon’s new, developing Barnea
neighborhood, integrating the company’s skills
in infrastructures, construction, architectural
planning and operational implementation. The
first stage of the project is about to be occupied
and sales have begun for the second stage. Y.D.
Ashrush has set out to invest major efforts in ad-
vanced planning from the quality of the apart-
ment and all aspects of landscape development
to personal and professional solutions for cus-
tomers, and maximum flexibility in the changes
that tenants wants to implement in their homes,
suited to the architectural design they choose. Y.D.
Ashush has gained an excellent reputation as a
direct result of the highest standard of work, qual-
ity control and assurance procedures, attention to
customer’s needs, and meeting timetables.
Construction of Public Institutions, Gaza
Strip Protection and Contract Building
Y.D. Ashush constructs public buildings through-
out Israel for the Housing and Construction Min-
istry, Israel Railways, Ezra &Bitzaron, the Defense
Ministry, privatedevelopersetc. Among theunique
projects implemented by the company are 4 syna-
gogues, a banquet hall and mikveh ritual bath
in Nitzan, schools and kindergartens in Tel Aviv,
factories, offices, garages andmore. The company
has also improved and expanded Kiryat Gat and
Ramle railway stations, and Sderot station, the
world’s first fortified station, built by Y.D. Ashush
in record time. The company has undertaken a
wide range of work to defend towns near Gaza for
the Home Front Command and Ministry of Hous-
ing. In projects completed, 800 reinforced and
protected areas were built in homes, in low and
high density buildings as well as kindergartens.
Infrastructures, Highways, Bridges, Railways
and Development
Throughout its history, the company has been
involved in important ventures in Israel: Building
works for Road 431 linking the Ayalon Highway
with Road 1, building works for Road 3 to Modiin
linking to Road 431, road works in Kiryat Gat’s
Habanim neighborhood, upgrading the railway
line at the Road 212 intersection including build-
ing 12,000meters of trackinfrastructure, a railway
bridge, access bridges including disabled access
and pedestrian subways. From 2010-2013 the
company implemented a project to upgrade and
double the Naan-Beersheva railway line, requir-
ing implementation of complex infrastructure
work at several locations simultaneously. Devel-
oping and building Ariel Sharon Park (formerly
Hiriya) that was a green and exceptional project
in which the company worked with the Environ-
mental ProtectionMinistry with extensivematerial
recycling works, development and infrastructures
at Ashdod cultural center, earthworks and infra-
structures for the new Tzafit power station, and
more. The company also operates quarries and
sells quarry materials. As an authorized Defense
Ministry supplier, the company has successfully
implemented products including infrastructures
for bases, border crossings, communications in-
frastructures etc. including earthworks, asphalt,
building water systems, drainage, sewage and
underground communications systems. The
company also implements engineering works for
the US Army Engineering Corps. The company is
currently carrying out work within the framework
of the establishment of Israel Railways - fast line
to Jerusalem, as well as road construction and
bridges for the Be’er Tuvia Regional Council, and
various works of the Housing and Construction
Ministry. The company also serves as a contractor
company of “Alstom”, building the new power
plant “Zafit” and a wide variety of projects.
